Our Story
Growing Up as Fishing Buddies
Our friendship began on the kindergarten bus. After discovering a similar interest in trading cards, we quickly discovered we also both had a keen interest in fishing. Ever since that fortunate day, we have been best friends.
As soon as we were old enough to head out fishing on our own, we would go to the local bait store and use our chore money to buy sucker minnows. Then, out on the Lake Steiger Pier, we would cast out our bobbers to catch whatever would bite. Some days we were lucky, other days we weren't. However, our minds were always dreaming of the day we could get out on a boat and fish for real.
Our Values
As young adults, we want to provide anglers with an even better opportunity than what we had. Using our deep expertise of the local lakes after over a decade of fishing, we have decided to start the area's first private fishing coaching program as well as parent kid and date night opportunities. Our hope is that the people we coach and guide with will come to understand and appreciate the sport of fishing and the values of trust, patience, discipline, and an appreciation for the outdoors. We view these opportunities to coach and guide, as opportunities to also be mentors and positive role models in these young people's lives. We want everyone out on the water experiencing the joys of fishing.
